Straight answer, because emergency glass is where customers get burned: our crew works Monday–Friday, 9 to 5, and within those hours board-ups and hazard calls jump the queue — call by early afternoon and we can usually have your opening secured the same business day, with permanent glass ordered before we leave.
We are not a 24-hour dispatch, and we'd rather say so than play the game where a "24/7 local emergency glass" number rings a national call center that marks up a subcontractor 3× at 2am. If glass breaks at night or on a weekend: keep people clear, tape cardboard over the opening, photograph everything for insurance, and send us photos through the form — you're first in line at 9am, usually with a ballpark already in hand.
