Two or three photos and rough width × height through the form — or just call the shop. Requests in by early afternoon usually get a ballpark the same business day.
2 We measure it right
Free estimate confirmed with our own tape — at your place, or bring small pieces to the storefront. The number you approve is the number on the invoice — changes get re-quoted first.
3 Glass built for the lake
Fabricated to spec — altitude-built sealed units, tempered where code requires. Typical fabrication: about a week; sealed units and enclosures one to two.
4 Installed clean
Most installs are a single morning. We test everything with you, sweep up to the last sliver, and email photos and the invoice if you’re out of town.

Are you 24/7?
We're honest about this: our hours are Monday–Friday, 9 to 5. Within them, board-ups get priority. After hours, secure what you can, photograph everything, and send us photos through the form — you're first in line at 9am.
What should I do the moment glass breaks?
Keep people and pets clear, photograph the damage before touching anything (your insurer will want it), and don't pull shards from the frame — that's how hands get cut. Then call us.
Will insurance cover it?
Sudden breakage — storm, vandalism, break-in, wildlife — is typically covered minus your deductible. Wear-and-tear isn't. Either way we provide the itemized documentation adjusters ask for.
